Inside Sales Representative
The inside sales representative is responsible for growing sales in an existing national territory, comprised of customers in a wide array of industries. Duties include calling established accounts to generate repeat and add-on product sales, resuscitating lost customers, and generating new business by handling incoming prospect calls and by calling prospective customers on the phone.
ERC is looking for an individual with a voice that sounds intelligent, clear, friendly, and confident. Must be organized and motivated to succeed. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales or account management required, along with cold calling skills. Prior knowledge of ACT! Contact management software is a plus.
