These rags are converted from recycled and secondary materials from used clothing, commercial laundries and nonwoven, off spec materials. By converting these materials into rags, the life of the textiles has been extended, allowing them to last much longer before they are discarded. ERC’s Microfiber Towels / Microfiber Cloths make a great addition to any Green cleaning program. Microfiber Towels effectively clean using just a small amount of water, reducing chemical use. Microfiber Towels should also be washed in cold water and dried using low or no heat, therefore using less energy. Also, more Microfiber Towels fit into a single wash load than other wiping products, further reducing water and energy consumption.

Similar to ERC’s Microfiber Towels, ERC’s Microfiber Mops make a great addition to any Green cleaning program and require less water and less chemicals than traditional mops. Microfiber mops also have a much longer life span than traditional mops - lasting hundreds of launderings, helping to reduce waste and turnover. Microfiber mops are also lightweight, allowing more mop heads to be added to each wash cycle. Same as microfiber towels, microfiber mops should be washed in cold water and dried using low or no heat, therefore using less energy.
