Pricing and availability of merchandise shown on this website is current as of the last website update. ERC Wiping Products, Inc. reserves the right to adjust pricing or availability based on any criteria of its choosing, including but not limited to changes in manufacturers’ sales prices. Sales price and merchandise availability will be finally determined at the time an order is placed. |
Payment Terms
ERC Wiping Products, Inc. gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for immediate payments. Terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice for customers who have been pre-approved for credit. |
Taxes
We are required by law to charge sales tax to orders in accordance with county, state, and federal regulations. At the time of the last update of this document, ERC Wiping Products, Inc. collects Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine and Massachusetts sales taxes for any products purchased with a delivery destination in each of these states. ERC Wiping Products, Inc.’s obligation to collect taxes may change without notice. All taxes will be invoiced to the customer. If you are tax exempt, please submit a tax exemption certificate to our accounts receivable department prior to the placement of any order. |
Shipping
Orders are shipped FOB Lynn MA 01905 from ERC Wiping Products, Inc.’s Warehouse. Most orders are shipped via UPS, shipping charges are prepaid and invoiced to the purchaser. Larger orders may be shipped by different carriers. ERC Wiping Products, Inc. reserves the right to choose the carrier for any and all shipments. Customers may make special arrangements with ERC Wiping Products, Inc. to pick up their order at our Lynn MA location. Please contact your ERC Account Representative for any questions on the shipment or pickup of merchandise. ERC Wiping Products, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to ship to any person or location whenever it is unable to find a shipper that delivers to the destination, or when any shipment would be in violation of any law or regulation. |
Claims
Customers should inspect each shipment immediately upon arrival and let ERC Wiping Products, Inc. know of any problems with your order. If you have questions or concerns about a shipment from ERC Wiping Products, Inc., please contact ERC Wiping Products, Inc.’s Customer Service Department at 800-225-9473 or by email to erc@ercwipe.com. All returns must be made through ERC Wiping Products, Inc. Return policy. |
Returns
ERC Wiping Products, Inc. will provide a return authorization for all unprinted, stock items that have not been opened by the customer, provided the customer requests a return authorization within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Products that are special orders or any product that has any custom imprinting are not returnable. Please contact your ERC Account Representative or ERC Wiping Products, Inc. Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization. |
