ERC wants you to receive your wiping cloths, towels, rags, gloves, and gym wipes as quickly and conveniently as possible, so we ship most orders within 24 hours.
Shipping by Box or Pallet
Whether you are ordering one case or a full pallet, ERC has a large inventory to fulfill most orders.
Easy & Convenient Shipping
Most online orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Large orders may be shipped via an LTL carrier.
We are happy to ship your order using your company's shipping account. For online orders, please put your collect account number and associated carrier name in the notes section at checkout. For phone orders, call 800-225-9473 and we'll take care of this for you, we just need your account number.
Your order should arrive within 1-5 business days if shipped within the contiguous United States. If there are any changes to your shipping time, you will be notified immediately by phone or email.
Bulk Orders
If you are ordering 300 lbs. or more, please call 800-225-9473 to speak with a customer service representative so we can ensure the most economical and efficient shipping method or you can ask about our bulk order discount.
What About Orders to FPO, APO and Canada?
FPO, APO and Canadian Orders We are sorry, but we currently cannot process orders shipped to FPO, APO, and Canadian addresses on our website.
