Return Policy

We want you to be happy with the product you've purchased. Wash just a couple of towels and try them out. Test out a couple of wipers. If you are not completely satisfied we want to hear from you.

  • Contact us right away. There is nothing worse than being unhappy or frustrated with a product you ordered and feeling like you're stuck with it. We want to know why the product doesn't work for you. We have a 100,000 square foot warehouse full of wiping products.   • Send back the product you don't want. We'll take back any unwashed or unopened product within 30 days of purchase date. Contact us and we can send you a return authorization. We are sorry, but we cannot take returns of laundered, printed items or custom orders.
  • We'll refund you 100% for the returned product. You pay the return shipping. There are no restocking fees.
